Information received

If you use the GrowthCrank fit-review form or email GrowthCrank, we may receive the contact information and business details you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request, assess fit, prepare a requested scope, and operate an agreed client engagement. The website host, Netlify, processes fit-review form submissions on GrowthCrank’s behalf.

Data minimization

GrowthCrank requests only information reasonably needed for the requested service. Client customer data is requested only after a written scope and authorization identify the permitted use, channel, and handling requirements.

Sharing and security

GrowthCrank does not sell contact information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver an approved service or where required by law. Access should be limited to authorized people and systems.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information through the GrowthCrank fit-review form, subject to legitimate retention and legal obligations. In the message, include the email address used for the original request and the action you want GrowthCrank to take.
