GrowthCrank Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026. These terms describe GrowthCrank’s current service offering. They are not a payment page or a substitute for the written client scope.
Scope and fit
GrowthCrank offers written fit reviews for three residential-HVAC engagement paths: Revenue Recovery, Appointment Operations, and Growth Partnership. Every engagement starts with a fit review and written scope identifying the eligible client-owned record segment or operating scope, approved workflow, permitted channels, client responsibilities, booking handoff, measurement method, assumptions, and exclusions.
Pilot delivery and exclusions
The pilot may include a review of the agreed records, one approved recovery workflow, booking and reply-handoff rules, and outcome reporting. It does not include paid advertising, purchased lists, new-homeowner lead generation, multiple workflows, shared-password access, or unapproved external communications unless a separate written scope states otherwise.
No guaranteed outcomes
GrowthCrank does not promise a fixed number of appointments, revenue, leads, or conversions. Results depend on client-provided records, capacity, offers, permissions, approvals, and market conditions.
Monthly subscription, scope, and service extension
The public monthly prices are $1,997 for Revenue Recovery, $4,997 for Appointment Operations, and $9,997 for Growth Partnership. A listed price is not self-service checkout or an automatic engagement. The applicable monthly fee, payment timing, scope, and service boundaries are confirmed in writing before a matching recurring payment request is provided. Payment is collected before service begins.
A matching payment request creates recurring monthly billing. The written scope and checkout terms must identify the service period, cancellation path, refund treatment, delivery capacity, and client responsibilities before a payment request is accepted. Fees for service already begun are non-refundable except where required by law.
If a documented first-month goal is not achieved under the agreed scope and its stated assumptions despite the client fulfilling its documented dependencies, one same-scope service extension may be provided at no additional service fee, subject to the written scope and applicable law. This is a service extension, not a cash refund.
Engagement selection
Appointment Operations and Growth Partnership may be requested through the fit-review form, but neither is a self-service product or a promise that GrowthCrank will accept a particular scope. Any engagement must have a separate written agreement that confirms delivery terms, capacity, and the matching monthly payment request.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate records, lawful permissions, suppression/opt-out information, message approval, booking ownership, and adequate appointment capacity. GrowthCrank does not use shared passwords or access a client system without written authorization.
Communications and data
No external campaign is launched without the applicable client approval, permitted channel, and suppression process. The client remains responsible for its records, permissions, and customer communications.
